Material Detection

The quality of the material determines the actual service life of the product. All components and materials are strictly inspected before they can be used in the SMT production line

Solder Paste Printing Inspection

Professional solder paste detector, 3-dimensional detection of the height, area, volume, displacement and other aspects of the tin point.Avoid the problems of less tin, more tin, missing printing, etc. in smt processing, and ensure the accuracy of solder paste printing

IPQC Checking Materials

Refer to the engineering drawings and BOM list, measure and inspect each material of the first board to ensure that the components attached to the production model are consistent with the engineering drawings and BOM

SMT First Sample Testing

Referring to the Bom data, measure and test each material of the first board to ensure that the components attached to the production model during SMT processing are completely in line with customer requirements, preventing defects from flowing into the next process

Inspection of DIP plug-in process

Before DIP plug-in, training and explanation will be given to the plug-in points with special components with direction or pins, and during the DIP plug-in process, quality inspectors will be arranged to conduct uninterrupted inspections to ensure the plug-in quality.

The Advantages Of SMT In Radiance‘s Product

· Realize Miniaturization

The geometric size and volume occupied by SMT electronic components are much smaller than that of through-hole interpolation components, which can be generally reduced by 60%~70%, and some components can even be reduced by 90% in size and volume.
