Raw Material Preparation
When the production department receives the production order, the OA system will automatically generate the corresponding material preparation plan and notify the warehouse at the same time. The warehouse will prepare materials according to the production order, and then send and hand over the materials corresponding to the production workshop.

SMT Core Assembly
The heart of led light performance
The DOB SMD board is the all-in-one design of light source and power supply, which determines how it can be dimmed, how many LEDs we can use, operating voltage, and many other key specifications. The design ideas all build in Radiance. At the same time, the manufacture of DOB patch boards is strict. Our workers need to put all the electronic components into the high-speed SMT production line according to the design. The operator will operate the corresponding assembly procedures, and then conduct repeated functional tests to ensure the normal operation of the LED DOB patch board. .

Radiance follows standardized assembly process with the help of BOM sheet for each mode of LED light, indicating the correct way and standard to assemble the light. All workers must finish the assembly job as per the sheet

The assembled lights will be subject to a 30mins aging test. 4 automatic high and low pressure pressure impact aging shelf and with 100% products aging rate,Only when the lights pass the test will them be sent to the packaging lines..
